3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1 Service Nature

All services provided by Vettri BioMed Technologies Private Limited are research-based, digital, and customized to client requirements.
Due to the personalized nature of analytical work, projects are non-refundable once initiated.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

Clients who wish to cancel a project before initiation may submit a written request to info@vettribiomed.com.
Partial refunds, after deducting administrative or processing charges, may be issued at the company’s discretion.
Once data processing or analysis has begun, cancellations are not eligible for refund.

3.3 Refund Timeline

Approved refunds (if any) are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment source.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

All bioinformatics, computational biology, and scientific documentation services provided by Vettri BioMed Technologies Private Limited are delivered digitally.
No physical goods are shipped.
Project deliverables — such as analysis reports, processed datasets, visualizations, or documentation files — are securely shared with clients via email or approved cloud-based file-sharing platforms
